Will the AI quote prices or close orders on its own?
No, unless you provide a price list and clear rules that have been tested. By default the AI collects information, and prices and confirmations are decided by your staff.
What do I need to use it on Zalo?
A verified Zalo OA on the Growth or Comprehensive plan, because only these plans include API access. You pay Zalo directly for the plan. If you have no OA yet, OA Start will guide you.
How long does setup take?
AI Starter is usually delivered in about 7 working days after you grant access to your OA or Page and provide the process details.
Do customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The greeting always tells customers it is an AI assistant, as required by law and platform policies.
Can I see conversations and requests?
Yes. The admin screen shows every conversation, request and status, with an activity log.
What happens to the data if I stop?
You can export your data. After the retention period set in the contract, it is deleted from the system and from backups.
