Data deletion
This page explains how to ask COREBIZS to delete your data and shows the status of a request you made through Facebook.
Check a request
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to COREBIZS
Go to Facebook Settings › Apps and websites (or Business integrations), choose COREBIZS AI Agent and remove it. To have your data deleted too, choose to send a deletion request: Facebook gives you a confirmation code to check above.
As soon as we receive the request, COREBIZS disconnects the Pages and Instagram accounts you authorized, deletes the Facebook access we hold and tells the shop owners so they can reconnect with another account if needed.
If you messaged a shop that uses COREBIZS
Your chat history belongs to that shop; COREBIZS only processes it on the shop's behalf. Ask the shop (right in the chat) or email us with the shop's name and the channel you used.
The shop records the request, answers you within 20 days and completes the deletion within 30 days, as required by Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP.
