Data we collect
Full name, phone number, email, business name, industry and the message you send through the consultation form.
Purpose
To contact you about the service you are interested in. We do not use this data for marketing unless you give separate consent.
Storage location and retention
Data is stored on infrastructure in Vietnam for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Payments and e-invoices
When a business owner buys a plan, we receive the company or buyer name, tax code (if any), address and invoice email to issue an e-invoice through Viettel S-Invoice; invoices are sent to the tax authority as the law requires. Money goes through Pay2S and the bank; Pay2S does not receive buyer details. We process this under the service contract and our invoicing and accounting obligations; invoices and payment orders are kept for 10 years. The details saved to pre-fill the next payment can be deleted at any time on the Plan screen. Everything is stored in Vietnam.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We respond within 20 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, only responsible staff can access it, and every access is logged.
