Terms of Service

1. The service

COREBIZS provides an AI assistant platform that answers a business's customers on official channels the business connects (Zalo Official Account, Facebook Page, Instagram, website chat), creates requests and hands conversations to staff when needed.

These terms apply to self-service accounts (Free, Pro and Business plans). Managed deployments under a separate contract are governed by that contract.

2. Your account

You must have full legal capacity and the authority to represent the shop or business you register. Registration details must be accurate.

You keep your password secret and turn on two-step verification for the owner account. Accounts whose email is not confirmed within 7 days are deleted.

3. Plans, payment and invoices

Plan prices are those published on the website and exclude value added tax (if any). Paid plans are prepaid for 1 or 12 months by bank transfer through the Pay2S payment gateway; nothing is charged automatically.

COREBIZS issues an electronic invoice with the buyer details you provide at checkout. A plan takes effect as soon as the payment is received.

If a period ends without renewal, you keep the old plan for 7 more days; the business then moves to the Free plan. No data is deleted for this reason.

4. Limits

Each plan limits the number of assistants, channels and AI conversations per month. When the monthly allowance is used up, the assistant stops answering new conversations and hands them to your staff; customer messages are still received in full.

5. The AI assistant

The assistant always tells customers it is an AI assistant. It does not quote prices or confirm availability without data from a source you provide.

AI answers can be wrong. The business remains responsible for its commitments to its customers and should check requests before confirming them. Staff can take over any conversation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam or unlawful advertising, do not connect personal Zalo or Facebook accounts, and do not process unlawful content. You follow the terms of Zalo, Meta and every platform you connect.

7. Personal data

For your customers' data, the business is the controller and COREBIZS the processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Source data, logs and backups are stored in Viet Nam.

Your account details (name, email, invoicing details) are controlled by COREBIZS under the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and ask for your business to be deleted at any time. COREBIZS may suspend an account that breaches section 6 or the law, and tells you why unless the law forbids it.

On termination, data is handled under section 10 of the Data Processing Agreement.

9. Liability

COREBIZS works to keep the service stable but does not guarantee it is uninterrupted, especially when third-party channels (Zalo, Meta) stop working or change their policies. To the extent the law allows, COREBIZS's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

COREBIZS announces changes at least 15 days in advance by email and in the admin. Each new text has a new version number; continuing to use the service after it takes effect means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Viet Nam. Disputes are first negotiated; failing that, they go to a competent court in Viet Nam.
